How we handle your data, including children's information.
Website visitors
If you just browse the site or send us an enquiry through the contact form, we only collect what you give us — your name, email and message — so we can reply. We use one essential session cookie to keep the site working; we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
What we collect
To run the team we store players' names, dates of birth, kit sizes and (optionally) photos; parent/guardian contact details and emergency contacts; and any medical information you choose to share so we can keep your child safe on match days.
How we use it
Data is used only to organise fixtures, availability, results and awards, and to contact parents about the team. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Who can see it
Medical, contact and emergency details are visible only to your team's admins and coaches. Other parents and the public cannot see them. Medical notes are encrypted. Our public pages show fixtures and results only — never children's personal details.
Consent & your rights
We ask for consent before storing medical information or using photos, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, including the right to have a player and their records removed.
